Since a young age, I’ve had a deep passion for anything related to art. Drawing was something I’ve always been interested in and I could spend hours immersed in it. Naturally, a career in graphic and web design resonated with me, allowing me to seamlessly integrate my creative inclinations into my professional pursuits.
In any project assigned to me, I am characterized by my strong work ethic, passion, and dedication. Throughout my academic and creative journey, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to delivering my best in all my endeavors.
In October 2022, I embarked on a part-time position with a fitness company, where my responsibilities include video editing and creating posters and booklets for them. My prior experience in Arts, Literature, and Communications has played a pivotal role in providing a solid foundation for the graphic design skills I employ in this role. During my time at John Abbott College, I was the leader of EcoJac, served as an outdoor education leader, and collaborated with a teacher to develop and deliver presentations on a program focused on Emotional Safety in the classroom. Additionally, I dedicated a year of volunteering to the Kids Help Phone, contributing to their National Youth Council. Volunteering has been a significant teacher for me, imparting valuable lessons in time management and leadership. These experiences have not only enhanced my skills but have also shaped my commitment to making a positive impact within the community.
Upon completing Cegep, my immediate goal is to enter the workforce. I possess a genuine love for crafting illustrations, whether it be for advertising, branding, or packaging purposes. Simultaneously, I am open to gaining diverse work experiences within the graphic and web design field. I eagerly anticipate the prospect of working with you, feel free to contact me!
